I’m a UX architect, IA, researcher, strategist and design team lead with a lifelong passion for problem-solving, experimentation, and co-creation. I am big picture, detail oriented, collaborative and results-driven in everything I do. I use critical inquiry, design thinking and co-design methods, informed by industry standards and best practices, to help teams deliver quality products and services that drive measurable business outcomes.

As a UX Architect, User Researcher and Information Architect, I analyze and model how people get things done, and I organize systems and content for optimal efficiency and quality.

As an Enterprise Agile Team Lead, I guide teams in applying critical analysis and creative thinking to build more effective systems, services, and processes, while delivering quickly and iteratively.

As a UX Design Principal, I’ve built design teams, defined best practices, and developed team talent. I’ve worked with senior leadership to define product & service strategies that drive business outcomes. I collaborate with other disciplines and domain experts to frame and solve complex problems, and to uncover new business opportunities.

As a Business Consultant, I’ve built strong relationships and delivered results for hundreds of customers, from garage startups to Fortune 50 companies, working with startup entrepreneurs, domain experts and senior leadership teams. I’ve worked at Adaptive Path, Sapient, Intel, Quark and Microsoft, and many other companies in Austin, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and beyond.
